Herbal dietary supplements, botanical preparations, and natural formulas in capsule form, intended for daily nutritional support and general well-being, registered in accordance with applicable Greek and European legislation. Product pages accurately describe ingredients, quantities, and formats. Images are illustrative, and packaging may vary slightly.

Your order is placed once checkout is complete. We send written confirmation via email, and the contract is considered concluded once the products are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse an order if stock runs out or details cannot be verified, refunding any payment promptly.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout prior to payment. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious error in the stated price, we may correct it prior to dispatch and ask for your confirmation or cancellation.

How does the parcel reach you? We detail delivery options, timelines, and shipping rates in the Delivery and Payment section. Responsibility for the products transfers to you once you receive the package.

We photograph the exact formulas we prepare for you. Shades on your screen may vary depending on ambient light or your device settings, just as a natural leaf looks different in sunlight and shade. A slight difference in tone does not constitute a defect or grounds for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, ingredients, and contents are clearly listed on each page.

The parcel remains our responsibility until the courier delivers it to you or your designated recipient. Following delivery, responsibility for any damage passes to you. If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, report it to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.

You may return products within 30 days of receipt by following the procedure in our Returns section. The company guarantees that the herbal supplements meet the stated ingredient and purity specifications at the time of delivery. Statutory liability for defects applies in accordance with the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, provided that the products have been maintained under the specified storage conditions and within their expiration date.

• Products that have been personalized or manufactured according to custom customer specifications.
• Perishable products or goods with a short shelf life.
• Dietary supplements whose security seal or inner protective seal has been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and biosecurity.
• Goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other elements.
• Digital content or informational material whose seal has been broken by the consumer.

To the extent permitted by Greek law, the total liability of the company for any claim for compensation is expressly limited to the total monetary amount actually paid for the respective order or to the amount of 100 €. Nothing in these terms waives obligations explicitly protected by statutory law.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Herbal capsules should be taken according to the package instructions and do not replace professional medical guidance.

These terms are governed exclusively by Greek law and applicable EU law. The courts of Athens are designated as competent for resolving any dispute that may arise. If an issue arises that cannot be resolved through direct communication, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of the seller's registered seat, in full compliance with the consumer protection rights of your country of residence.
