Cronas ensures responsible and reliable delivery of herbal dietary supplements throughout Greece. Each order of herbal capsules is prepared under strict quality control standards so that the botanical ingredients retain their uncompromised freshness until delivery.

Transit time is measured in business days from dispatch. Remote areas may require 1-2 additional days.
- How is shipping calculated? For orders over €48 in Greece, standard shipping is free. If the total is less, shipping costs €3.50.
- Your parcel arrives at your address within 2-5 business days from dispatch.
- We pack and dispatch orders placed before 14:30 on the same business day.
- You may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
When does your parcel ship? Orders placed before 14:30 on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, as well as on weekends, ship the following business day. Once completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number.
All products are placed in specially sealed bottles with an authentic security seal and an inner protective seal against moisture. The outer packaging includes thermally insulated reinforced boxes with shock-absorbing material, preventing mechanical stress and sharp temperature fluctuations during transit.
Tracking your parcel
Following parcel confirmation and dispatch, a tracking code is automatically sent via email and SMS for instant tracking of the shipment via the carrier's website.
Lost or delayed parcel
What happens if the package stops moving? If tracking shows no updates for 5 business days, write to us at [email protected] with your order number. We will immediately check the status with the courier and, depending on your preference, either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund within 10 business days of your request.
Damaged on arrival
In case of visible external damage, a broken security seal, or damage to the package upon delivery, the recipient must refuse delivery or immediately file a damage report with the courier, notifying Cronas customer service within 48 hours with relevant photos.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. For your security, we will never ask for bank credentials or card details over the phone or by email.
Delivery outside Greece
We deliver to selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
